Reservations and Cancellations

To cancel a reservation, you must contact us at least 1-2 days in advance.

There are no cancellation fees.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is after 14:00.

Check-out must be done by 12:00.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional charge.

Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card via POS terminal, and in cash.

There are no additional charges, such as tourist tax or cleaning fees.

Responsibility

The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If a forgotten item is found, it will be stored for a certain period, after which it will be disposed of.

Damages and Deposits

A deposit of 100 BGN is required for VIP rooms with a jacuzzi and sauna.

The deposit will be refunded at check-out if no damage has been caused.

Children and Extra Beds

We offer rooms with double beds that can be separated into two single beds, as well as rooms with a large bed. Some rooms are equipped with a sofa bed, which can be used for children as a third bed.

An additional charge of 30 BGN applies for a triple room.

We provide a baby cot upon request.

For our VIP rooms, a large bed is provided, offering maximum comfort.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the restaurant.

Dining

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Guests who are not staying at the hotel can have breakfast for a fee of 15 BGN per person.

Changes to Terms

The hotel reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.
